APPLICATIONS

AderaBrain's education work spans both grassroots outreach and advanced technical training. Through Philopater Macavious (PhiloMako), the team has applied to the EU Code Week Small Grants for Grassroots programme to give girls and women from migrant backgrounds in Ljungby, Sweden their first introduction to coding, delivered by a team of women-friendly coaches. At the other end of the spectrum, AderaBrain has developed modular training materials for the EuroHPC Virtual Training Academy (EVITA), covering numerical simulations on high-performance computing systems and computational numerical linear algebra, drawing directly on techniques used in our own biophysical modelling and TCR-epitope generative research. Together these efforts reflect a single goal: making advanced computational skills accessible, whether someone is picking up their first lines of code or optimising algorithms on a supercomputing cluster.
